To play in any District playdown that leads to a Provincial and/or National championship you must be prepared and able to compete in the Provincial and/or National event. There may also be restrictions on entering some events if you win others.  Please read the OLBA Conditions of Play.

Proof of OLBA membership, or status as a member in good standing with any lawn bowling organization affiliated with World Bowls, may/will be requested at any/all tournament(s). Proof of OLBA membership is a requirement for Ontario residents. Provincial Novice tournaments and playdowns are open to bowlers who have bowled for 5 or less years including the current year. District 16 Novice tournaments and the Governor General singles are open to bowlers who have bowled for 3 or less years including the current year.
